Since 2012 we diverted our major interest in Green Building certification, which includes LEED and EDGE. At this point, we are collaborating with different stakeholders for various projects by advising and mentoring.

Firm’s principle architect Akter Ul Azim is in partnership with GBCI/Sintali and listed as EDGE Expert as well as Auditor for Bangladesh. The team also includes architect Mithun Nath, who is stationed in Dhaka and overseeing Green Building Consultancy services.

For EDGE certification there are two major phases-

 

1. Active Design guidance and documentation
2. Design & Site Audit

 

Our scope of services will refer to the both phases. However to avoid conflict of interest we will have separate teams for each service.

In Design guidance and Documentation phase we will register the project, make payments to GBCI/Sintali, review and submit the documents of behalf of the client.

In the Design and site audit phase the auditor will review the application documents, coordinate with documentation consultancy team for recommended paper works and conduct site audits .
